Atlas Mercury 1.5x 32mm Anamorphic T2.2

The Mercury 32mm renders wide with a controlled anamorphic footprint, its 1.5x squeeze holding cleaner geometry across the frame than steeper squeezes while keeping a distinctly organic character. Color runs slightly warm and contrast sits in a moderate range, with a horizontal oval bokeh that stays smooth through falloff and gives faces natural separation at close focus. Flares streak blue but stay restrained, breaking into the frame only when you push a source hard rather than smearing the whole image. PL mount with a consistent front diameter, geared focus and iris, and an image circle built to cover full-frame and beyond. A workhorse wide for anamorphic narrative where you want the texture without the distortion penalty of tighter squeezes.
