Built around a slim probe barrel that reaches into spaces no standard lens can clear, the X-Tract 18-28 holds a constant T8 across its zoom range and renders clean, neutral color with deep depth of field that keeps foreground-to-background detail resolved. Interchangeable 0-degree straight, 90-degree right-angle, and 360-degree rotating optical tips let you redirect the line of sight without repositioning the camera, useful for macro work, tabletop, and tight environmental shots where access drives the frame. The waterproof front section permits dipping into liquids, and the probe extends working distance for low-angle and through-object moves. Best deployed when the constraint is physical reach rather than shallow separation — insect-scale macro, product detail, and confined-space coverage where the lens has to go where a body won't fit.
